When Can You Return?
Returns are only accepted at the moment of delivery — while the rider is still present. Once the rider leaves and the product has been handed over, no returns or exchanges will be entertained under any circumstances.
Valid Reasons for Return
We accept returns exclusively for the following reasons:
- Wrong size delivered — if the size you received does not match what you ordered.
- Manufacturing defect — visible defects such as stitching issues, misprints, or fabric damage that were present at the time of delivery.
Tag Condition
The product tag must be fully intact and unremoved for a return to be accepted. Any product with a removed or damaged tag will not be eligible for return, regardless of the reason.
What Is Not Covered
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, color preference, or any reason other than the ones listed above. Please review your order carefully before confirming checkout.
